million dollar dip in a glass bowl

Who doesn't love a good cream cheese dip? Am I right?? Perfect for cookouts, family gatherings, pot lucks or just a snack for a movie night around the house! Filled with thick cut bacon, lots of cheese, green onions and savory seasonings... how could you not fall in love with this recipe? Serve with pork rinds or vegetable sticks and watch this amazing Million Dollar Dip disappear! IT'S SO EASY TOO!

    Let's get started!

HOW TO MAKE MILLION DOLLAR DIP

The ingredients for this cream cheese dip all pack major amounts of flavor...

Softened Cream Cheese:  You can use full fat cream cheese or you can use reduced fat cream cheese to reduce the calories a bit.

Sharp Cheddar Cheese: Brings a nice bite to this recipe.  Freshly shredded sharp cheddar is preferred.

Smoked Gouda Cheese:  This is my favorite cheese and it gives this million dollar dip so much flavor!

Slivered almonds:  Give this dip some crunch.  You can toast them prior to mixing them in for even more flavor.

Sliced Green Onions:  I like to use the white and green parts to make this dip even more colorful.

Mayonnaise: Helps bring the dip together and makes it more creamy.  A lighter mayonnaise would work just as well and would help cut some calories.

Smoked Paprika:  My favorite spice!  There really is no comparison between smoked paprika and sweet paprika.  They are totally different and the smoked version gives this dip a punch of smoky flavor.

Cayenne Pepper:  Adds a little spice but not too much.  Feel free to leave this out if you want to keep the dip mild.  You can also add more...your call!

I only ever use thick-cut bacon and it makes such a difference! The cheese mix is perfect here as well. Thanks for the recipe!
