You’re not going to miss the grill with this easy steak in the air fryer.  It is incredibly delicious and easy!

Here are my top tips to ensure you get the best results every time:

  • Make sure your steak is at least 1 inch thick and 1.5 pounds so it browns nicely before the inside overcooks.
  • Brushing with oil helps to form a crust.  Don’t skip this step!
  • You can use the suggested seasoning or you can use whatever you like.
  • Use a meat thermometer for accuracy

That’s all there is to it!

You can use sirloin, t-bone, ribeye, or New York strip.  The size of the steak is what’s important if you want it to get a brown crust.
