When you don't want to spend all your time in the kitchen during a busy work week... this Italian Stuffed Sausage Bake is super easy to make with only 3 ingredients! Your whole family will love this gooey cheesy stuffed Italian sausage bake and you will love how simple it is! Parent win!
This is the perfect kid dinner and it wouldn't be complete without keto chocolate chip cookies, keto peanut butter cookies, or keto chocolate cupcakes!
Wow, what a winner this recipe was and only 3 ingredients! The trick to making these low ingredient meals is to pick flavorful components. I am a lover of shortcut items (as I am sure you are too!) that pack flavor punches without having to stand at the stove all night. There is a time and a place for that, but not on busy weeknights.
There really isn't anything better at packing a flavor punch than jarred marinara sauce and Italian sausage. If you really want to drive home the Italian flavor, these are the 2 items to include when you're short on time. Add in some melty mozzarella and you have a winning dish!
Recipe tips and notes
- Not a fan of Italian sausage? You can use plain bratwurst sausages. I have used these as well and they are just as good.
- The best keto friendly marinara sauce is Rao's. It is so good and very keto friendly.
- Feel free to serve this with a side of mashed cauliflower or cauliflower Mac and cheese!
