Yes, these are it. These keto biscuits taste just like the real thing! You are going to love the texture and the flavor of these delicious keto biscuits and the best part is they can be made in under 20 minutes.
I love to slather butter and some of my keto strawberry jam all over these biscuits for an amazing breakfast treat. Serve that alongside some Bacon in the Oven and Keto Coffee for a complete meal.
So yes, I have other biscuit recipes on my blog including keto cheddar bay biscuits and biscuits and gravy. Those use different ingredients and they are delicious, but they are not as close to the real thing as these are!
I'm talking about amazingly fluffy biscuits that are simply made with just flour, butter, and milk. The kind your grandma makes.
The Best Keto Biscuits
Maybe I'm exaggerating but you will just have to try them to find out! Of course, they are going to be a little different because they are made with almond flour, but they are as close as you're going to get, promise.
The best part is that these biscuits can be made in about 20 minutes and they only require 1 bowl and no flouring a work surface required. These are my favorite kind of recipes!
Recipe Tips and Notes
- For even biscuits and a perfect shape, use a cookie scoop. I use one that is #16 in restaurant and food service sizing. This ensures your biscuits are all perfect!
- Make sure your cream cheese is very soft so it mixes in well. You can microwave it for 10 seconds to move along the process.
- Pre-shredded mozzarella cheese is really the best for this recipe.

Made there today – now I can eat biscuits without feeling guilty! I am guessing the nutrient info is per ‘each’? I.e. one biscuit of the 12 per recipe?

Do you melt the mozzarella before adding it to the flour mixture, or just add it shredded?
Thanks!
