Keto Jalapeño Poppers
Looking for a fun snack for any occasion? Filled with cream cheese, wrapped in bacon with mildly spiced jalapeño…it’s sure to bring a kick to your taste buds! These are super easy to make and wildly addictive!

Don’t worry about the spice in these jalapeño poppers! I hate anything spicy and these were perfect for me!
The prep for these is definitely worth the reward because they are so delicious. How could you go wrong with bacon and cheese?
Make sure you use gloves when you prep these! You will thank me later!
You want to cut each one in half lengthwise and scrape out the seeds and membrane. This is where the heat is.
The we stuff with the cheese mixture and wrap with bacon.
Use a toothpick to secure the bacon so it doesn’t slip off while baking (ask me how I know).

The result is an addictive keto appetizer with on 149 calories and 2g carbs for 2 poppers!

Jennifer, thank you for the recipe. Planning to make these tomorrow along w/your keto nacho cheese sauce. Question: How do you secure the bacon w/a toothpick? Thanks!
At work, the pilots make these with an air fryer. I asked the one who made them if these were from the grill, since they grill steaks etc. outside. He said “no, we use an air fryer.” So I thought if an air fryer can make these taste like they’re from a grill, I would eventually get one.
I got mine yesterday and saw your YouTube channel, thank you for posting there and here Jennifer.
I will cook the stuffed jalapeños later today, would have last night but I cooked the brussels sprouts. They do use just the cream cheese, I will try them with the added garlic powder and cheddar cheese. They are delicious. Jon that pilot from work likes to spike a few jalapeños by leaving the some seeds in a few, so I’ve gotten the spike lol. Talk about turn up the heat!! ???
