Best Buffalo chicken recipe I have found. I do low carb, my fiancé doesn't. Sometimes finding something that satisfies both of us is hard. These however were perfect for a Buffalo chicken salad!

Has anyone put these in the air fryer instead of the oven? Was wondering what temperature and for how long?

Tasty Super Bowl substitute. Would recommend increasing volume of rub spices—ran out after 5 tenders. Instead of tossing in buffalo sauce, I dipped while eating. Paired great with Frank’s brand.

Can you use sliced chicken breast instead of tenderloins? Breasts are less expensive I think, just trying to save money...

does the sauce go in the bowl or on after the chicken is baked? The pictures show after baking but the printed recipe is unclear.

My husband loves these tenders. I wonder if they freeze well. I’m thinking about baking a large batch and freezing them for easy work at home lunches. Any thoughts?
