    Keto Ham and Cheddar Biscuits

What’s better than just regular biscuits?  Keto ham and cheddar biscuits, of course!  These are the perfect breakfast treat with only 2 net carbs and 10 grams of protein.

    biscuits in a bowl

I’m not much of a breakfast eater, in fact I usually just drink coffee.  But if I was a breakfast eater, I would eat these biscuits everyday!

They are so filling and they have the perfect macronutrient profile.  I am in love.

How would it feel to start losing with keto?

Join my FREE 7 day keto challenge!

What’s even better, is they are super easy to make.  We simply mix everything into a mixing bowl.

    batter for keto biscuits

No kneading or getting flour all over the kitchen.

Once we get the batter mixed, I use a 3 tablespoon scoop to evenly distribute the batter into 11 biscuits on a lined 9×13 baking sheet.

We bake these in a 400F oven for about 18 minutes.  A toothpick will come out clean

That’s all there is to it!

What kind of ham can I use?

I prefer to use sliced ham from the deli section of the grocery store and I just chop it up.  You can use whatever ham is your favorite!

Hello, can these biscuits be stored at room temperature for a couple of days ( in sealed container) or do they have to be refrigerated? Thank you!

Jennifer, I make so many of your recipes. These biscuits do not disappoint just yummy. I also made your keto chicken meatball zoodle soup to go with the biscuits I just substituted ground Turkey because that is what I had on hand. Made the Keto Chocolate Cake with whipped cream icing for my husband’s 75th birthday 🥳 we loved it. Also, loved your keto Pumpkin Bread.

Hi Jennifer, I know you said Almond flour, but I am allergic so I am trying not to have any nut tree products at home. Can I use regular flour instead ? and how much of it can I use if its possible?
      Thank you

I love this recipe!! Was a perfect way to use leftover Easter ham and make a portable snack for my husband for work at the same time. And its adaptable too, meaning I use the same base ingredients but can modify to make a dessert “biscuit” with berries, mozzarella and sweetener instead of the savory spices. Thank you!

Just made these using chopped up bacon instead of ham (I didn’t have ham) and they were so good. What is the best way to store these and how long do they keep?

So delicious. Made this to go with your chicken cordon bleu recipe . I did use less ham since there was ham in the chicken. We loved both recipes.

Coconut flour would work but you would need about 1/3 of the amount
