So creamy and delicious, you can make any flavor of this ice cream you want!  I have strawberry and chocolate featured here because they are my favorite!

The trick to super creamy ice cream is heavy cream, of course.  It is super rich and filling!  The perfect dessert for dinner option.

For strawberry we add in ground up freeze dried strawberries.

For chocolate we add in cocoa powder.

For vanilla we would add just vanilla extract.

You could also mix in chopped nuts or brownie pieces!  Make them keto brownies, of course.

I made the chocolate and added a tiny pinch of instant coffee! Oh, my goodness!!
    ????????
I use allulose as my sweetener of choice. Three TBLS is perfect for me.

  2. I have made the chocolate “icecream” SEVERAL times now. I only use 2 tbs of sugar substitute. This is FANTASTIC recipe and woth the shaking! I do shake an extra minute. Love, love, love this! Thank you for sharing! I honestly do not leave reviews so that should help you know how good it is!

  3. Just a suggestion but you can use an immersion blender and it will whip the cream in an instant. It will fit inside a quart jar…mine did. I added espresso powder to the chocolate to kick it up a notch.

  4. I mae this in chocolate and vanilla. They are both wonderful!!! Very easy, and they taste like very good ice cream!!!

Hi Jennifer. I’ve made this chocolate recipe 3 times. First time I put too much cocoa powder in it. Second time I couldn’t shake the jar for 5 minutes. Third time is the charm! I have fibromyalgia and MS so shaking the jar caused problems for me. This time I used a mixer for 5 minutes. I tried some it tastes absolutely scrumpdileicious! I’m very happy I found you. I’ve lost 35 pounds in 7 weeks! Many recipes from you!
Peace and blessings to you and yours.

I’ve made both the strawberry and the chocolate. Both were very good…and I don’t like strawberry ice cream. Only problem is they freeze solid if left too long in the freezer but just let it thaw for a bit and it’s gtg!!

  7. Must it be a mason jar? Can I use any glass jar with a tight fitting lid or a tightly closed plastic container or even a heavy duty zip lock bag?

  8. Hi, thanks so much for all your recipes! Can I make this in a bowl with a lid instead of a mason jar? I don’t have any. Thanks xxoo

  9. Instead of shaking could u use a mixer, blender or frother? I have RA and don’t think I can shake for 5 mins!
