This chicken Caesar wrap is one of the easiest lunches I make on repeat during the week. When I don’t feel like figuring out what to eat, I grab a bagged Caesar salad, some cooked chicken, and throw this together in a few minutes. It’s simple, filling, and takes about 5 minutes from start to finish.

How This Chicken Caesar Wrap Fits Into My Fast Food Kitchen

This chicken Caesar wrap is one of those meals I keep on repeat because it removes the need to think. I keep the ingredients on hand, and when I need something quick, I already know what I’m making. It takes about 5 minutes, it’s filling, and it works every time.
This is how I set up my Fast Food Kitchen. I build my week around simple, repeatable meals like this so I’m not constantly trying to figure out what to eat. It doesn’t have to be perfect, and it doesn’t have to be different every day. Having a few go-to meals like this makes it so much easier to stay consistent without overthinking it.
What you'll need
This is one of those meals where I don’t measure anything or overthink it. I just grab what I have on hand and throw it together.
- Bagged Caesar salad kit (I use the full kit with dressing and toppings)
- Cooked chicken (rotisserie, leftover, or frozen pre-cooked chicken all work)
- Low carb tortillas (or any tortillas your family prefers)
- Extra Caesar dressing (optional, but I like mine a little more dressed)
That’s it. This is meant to be easy, so use what you have and adjust it to your preference.

How I Make this Chicken Caesar Wrap
Here’s how I actually make it:
I don’t measure anything when I make this, but I’ve included exact amounts in the recipe card below if you want them.

Add everything to a bowl.

Toss it all together.

Add it to a tortilla.

Wrap it up and you're done.
- First, I heat up my chicken. If I’m using frozen pre-cooked chicken, I just microwave it until it’s hot. You can also use rotisserie chicken or leftovers, whatever you have on hand.
- Next, I toss the Caesar salad kit together in a bowl. I usually add a little extra dressing because I like it a bit more coated, but that’s completely up to you.
- Then I add the warm chicken to the salad and mix everything together.
- To assemble, I pile the mixture into a tortilla and wrap it up. That’s it. It takes about 5 minutes and there’s nothing complicated about it.
Make it work for you
This recipe makes enough filling for 3 wraps (depending on the size of your salad kit), but once the salad is mixed with dressing, it doesn’t keep well for later.
If you’re just making one, you can use half the salad kit and save the rest for another day, or keep everything separate and only mix what you’re going to eat. That way nothing gets soggy.
When I make this, I usually just make both and give the second wrap to my husband. There’s no need to overthink it, just do what works best for you.
If you want another easy lunch option, I also make my egg roll in a bowl ahead of time and use them for quick meals during the week.
More Easy Meals I Make on Repeat
If you’re trying to keep meals simple and stop overthinking what to eat, these are a few other meals I make on repeat during the week.
- Air fryer chicken thighs - These are one of my go-to dinners when I want something easy that always turns out right.
- Keto Sloppy Joes - I make these ahead of time and use them for quick lunches during the week.
- Chicken Burrito Bowl - This is another simple meal I throw together when I want something filling without a lot of effort.
- Ground Beef and Zucchini Skillet - For a quick one-pan dinner, this is one I keep on repeat because it’s fast and really satisfying.

The Chicken Caesar Wrap I Make on Repeat (5-Minute Lunch)
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cooked chicken breast diced
- Bagged Caesar salad kit see notes
- 2 tablespoons Caesar dressing optional - see notes
- 2 large low carb tortillas
Method
- Heat the chicken until warmed through using a microwave or skillet.
- In a medium bowl, combine the Caesar salad kit ingredients, including the dressing and toppings. Toss to coat evenly. Add additional dressing if desired.
- Add the warm chicken to the salad and toss to combine.
- Divide the mixture evenly between the tortillas.
- Wrap tightly, cut in half if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
- I use a 12-ounce bagged Caesar salad kit, which makes enough filling for 3 wraps.
- The dressing I use is a lower calorie Caesar dressing made with yogurt that I find in the produce section near the salad kits. You can use any Caesar dressing you prefer.
- Once the salad is mixed with dressing, it does not keep well, so it’s best to assemble and eat right away.
- If you’re only making one wrap, you can use a portion of the salad kit and save the rest for later, or keep everything separate and only mix what you need.
