Jennifer's tips
- Skin on?: You can buy salmon with the skin on but it will not crisp up with this recipe. No need to remove the skin, though, the flesh will pull right off of the skin after it is cooked.
- Checking for doneness: A meat thermometer is the perfect way to check to see if the salmon is done too your liking. If you like your salmon to be medium-rare (my favorite) Pull the salmon when it is at 125F
- This recipe is easily doubled to make 4 filets.

Lovely recipe Jennifer...made it tonight for dinner. Tasted great and the cooking time in the air fryer was spot on!

I agree with the more marinade than paste descriptions but it is very tasty. 10 minutes was way to long in my air fryer (InstantPot Duo). I'll go for 5 minutes next time and add as needed.

I got the same results on the glaze but it worked. Great flavor easy peasy!

I made this tonight and it was very good. Mixing the oil/lime juice and spices was in no way a paste, though, it was more like a marinade. Did I do something wrong?

I am making this for dinner tonight. I am keto so I’m wondering where the carbs are coming from in this recipe? When I input it into my food tracker it’s coming up as zero carbs.
