When that sweet tooth hits, what better way to feed that craving than with my keto brownies! This super fudgy homemade treat is super easy to make and packed with chocolatey goodness in every bite! Rich in flavor, low on carbs!
I already had a brownie recipe using coconut flour so I thought I should make one with almond flour. These are so rich and delicious! I love the addition of walnuts but you can definitely leave them out if you want.
The batter for these brownies is pretty thick which I think is essential for a good recipe of brownies!
You and your kids are going to love this keto recipe so much!

Ingredients
- ½ Cup Melted Butter
- 9 ounce Sugar free Chocolate Chips, divided
- ¼ Cup sugar free brown sweetener
- ¼ Cup sugar free granulated sweetener (see my favorite on Amazon)
- 1 ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 3 Large Eggs, beaten
- 1 ½ Cup almond flour (see my favorite on Amazon)
- ½ Cup Chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350F and spray cooking spray inside an 8x8 casserole dish and set aside.
- In a medium size sauce pan over low heat begin melting your butter and ½ of the chocolate chips. Once melted add your sweeteners and vanilla extract. Stir and heat until all your ingredients are melted. Turn off heat and set aside to cool. Alternatively you can melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave in 30 second increments.
- In a medium side mixing bowl add your beaten eggs and almond flour, making sure to mix well. Add in the melted chocolate from the sauce pan to your mixing bowl. Stir until all ingredients are incorporated. Mix in remaining chocolate chips and walnuts.
- Pour the brownie mixture into your baking pan and place into already preheated oven. Bake for about 25 minutes. Let cool and serve.

Absolutely Delicious! I did what I think you tried & added the whole bag of chips then I actually added a handful or so to the batter and did a quick mix. I popped in the oven, not realizing this would be a Keeper!! TY, so very much!! Now, if anyone has a keto chewy chocolate chip cookie recipe, I'm all ears!!

This is the best low carb brownie recipe I have tried. I have made it a few times for my husband and I. We think it's better than any box brownie keto or no keto.

I made these with Lily’s Salted Caramel chocolate chips and they were so yummy!

I was wondering about the salted caramel chips, too. TY for sharing!

HI! can't wait to try. This (like most all I've come across) has SO MUCH butter. Is there any way to reduce this with some other nonfat sub? This much butter/fat always ends up with my husband and I both having tummy troubles. Thanks!

Try plain Greek Yogurt

I made them today and they taste amazing but were very crumbling. Did I do something wrong? Or can I add something to keep them together?
jenniferbanz says
That is the usual nature of gluten fee baked goods. Gluten holds baked goods together

Is there really 12 grams of fiber ?
jenniferbanz says
Yes, it's from the lily's chocolate chips

WOW! Couldn’t wait for them to cool completely so they fell apart a bit but even my very picky hubby asked that this recipe be saved and used often!
Rachel says
Ditto - but replace ‘picky husband’ with ‘picky daughter’. Great recipe ?
