This recipe couldn’t be any easier…just like all of my recipes!

The most common questions I get about my baking recipes is what can I use in place of the almond flour.

How would it feel to start losing with keto?

Join my FREE 7 day keto challenge!

I have heard sunflower seed flour is a 1 for 1 replacement for almond flour.  So if you have an almond allergy, give it a try.

Coconut flour is not a good replacement because it is very absorbent.  The cookies would be extremely dry.

You want the batter to look like this:

I didn’t believe that monk fruit sweetener and almond flour could make a decent cookie. But these are fantastic. Even my picky husband loved them. Thank you so much for this recipe

Next time I think I’ll use lemon extract instead of vanilla and less salt.

My daughter is allergic to all tree nuts as well as sesame. Have you ever tried your recipes with cassava flour? I wonder how that would turn out. If I try it… I’ll let you know.
