How to make the best keto mug brownie with walnuts
This recipe really couldn't be more simple. We start with 1 tablespoon of butter and melt that in the mug. When it is melted, swirl it around the bottom of the mug so it is coated and non-stick. Now throw in the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Microwave on high for 60 seconds and you have a super delicious keto brownie in a mug!

Since changing to a keto lifestyle 4 months ago, this have been my absolute favorite mug brownie recipe whenever I'm craving a treat. I simply leave out the walnuts to lower the carb content even further. I also remove the brownie from the mug and cut it into 3 slices. Reminds me of a chocolate chip muffin top! Thanks so much for this amazing recipe

Excellent treat. I make this at least once per week. Olive oil, coconut oil or butter for variety. I microwave shorter time to make softer cake.
Add chocolate chips or walnuts. Top with cinnamon sometimes.

I like to make up several of these at a time by measuring all of the dry ingredients for a single serving into a sandwich bag . Then all I need to do is grab one when I want it and add the egg, vanilla and butter (or I use coconut oil) and in a minute I have a great dessert! Thanks for sharing your great recipes!

Hi! You should try again. Check all your ingredients, too. I've been making myself & my diabetic partner one every night for 3 weeks. They are really good. I would say "Try Again".
