Keto Hamburger Stew -
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound ground beef
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon tyme
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 bunches radishes-halved
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup diced celery
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 teaspoon xanthan gum (click here to see my favorite brand on Amazon)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Brown the ground beef in a large heavy bottom pot over medium high heat until cooked through, about 8 minutes. Stir in all of the seasonings, radishes, garlic, celery and carrots. Stir in the 4 cups of beef broth.
- Let simmer for about 20 minutes or until your veggies are soft. Stir in the xanthan gum and continue to simmer stew until thickened. Serve.

I thought there is no way radishes will work as a potato substitute but it works! Very easy and tasty!
