Such good stew. I added a little Worcester sauce, a splash of heavy cream, a couple of bay leaves, and some peppercorns. So yummy!

This is very good recipe the radishes works so well. I did add extra veggies from my garden kale, zucchini, tomatoes and riced cauliflower. This makes a great stew. Thanks
Radishes don’t agree with me, is there anything else I can use.
What about turnips?

Is there a substitute for the xanthan if I don't have any? Or should I just wait until I do get some? I'm new to this. Ty
You could just leave it out. The stew will not be as thick but it will not affect the taste.
Radishes also taste great sauteed with butter and black pepper.
I use radishes in my Keto pot pie all the time. It works great.
I thought there is no way radishes will work as a potato substitute but it works! Very easy and tasty!
I use radishes as potatoes as a side dish and as hash browns. So good!
