This is very good recipe the radishes works so well. I did add extra veggies from my garden kale, zucchini, tomatoes and riced cauliflower. This makes a great stew. Thanks

Is there a substitute for the xanthan if I don't have any? Or should I just wait until I do get some? I'm new to this. Ty
jenniferbanz says
You could just leave it out. The stew will not be as thick but it will not affect the taste.

Radishes also taste great sauteed with butter and black pepper.
