This honey garlic wing sauce is a huge hit and so simple to make!  I love to pair these chicken wings with these other amazing appetizers for a decadent game day party!  Jalapeno Poppers, 7 Layer dip, and Chili Lime Spiced Almonds.

How long to bake chicken wings in the oven?

Split chicken wings are going to take about 45 minutes at 375F to get nice and crispy in the oven.  If your wings are not split, then they will take longer.

    Ingredients

    • 24 Chicken Wings
    • 5 Tablespoons Keto honey substitute
    • ¼ Cup Soy Sauce (use Tamari for gluten free)
    • ¼ Cup sugar free brown sweetener
    • 5 Cloves Garlic, minced
    • 1 teaspoon Minced ginger

    Method

    1. Preheat the oven to 375F and line a sheet tray with foil if desired for less cleanup. Arrange the chicken wings on a baking sheet and bake until crispy, about 45 minutes.
    2. Combine the other ingredients in a large mixing bowl to make the sauce.
    3. Once your chicken wings are crispy, remove from the oven and use tongs to transfer to the sauce. Toss to coat. Return the wings to the sheet tray.
    4. Place back into the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
