    Bacon

    Who doesn't love bacon?  It is one of my favorite keto ingredients so I use it a lot in my recipes.

    I especially love my recipe for Crack Chicken, Air Fryer Bacon, and keto quiche.

    My favorite way to cook bacon is baked in the oven.  Definitely check that out because I give tips for keeping the bacon from splattering all over your oven!
